People Hive HR Consultancies LLC is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support a leading travel platform. You will handle guest-facing support via phone, email and chat, addressing bookings, cancellations and questions with a strong service orientation.

Requirements include native Dutch and fluent English, customer-facing experience, good CRM literacy, and a willingness to work shifts including weekends.

Job Description:

People Hive is supporting a global customer-experience outsourcing company in Greece in the search for 30–40 Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives for the a leading global travel platform Customer Service – Guest (CSG) team.

You will handle guest-facing support (booking issues, cancellations, questions and problem resolution) via phone, email and chat.

Critical Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2+)
• Customer-facing experience (customer service, hospitality, retail or similar)
• Excellent communication skills and service-oriented attitude
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn CRM tools quickly
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends
• Already based in Greece with a stable internet connection

Location: Greece

Languages required: Dutch (native or fluent, C1/C2) and English (B2+)

Working arrangement: Remote after on‑site training (home working possible after 90 days based on performance)

Employment: Full-time, Monday–Sunday 08:00–00:00; 3-week training (start: Training groups every Friday)

Salary: €1,500 per month (x14 salaries, gross)
