Key Responsibilities

• Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general platform navigation
• Provide customer-focused, clear, and solution-oriented communication
• Handle customer complaints and escalates complex cases when necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Follow internal processes, KPIs, and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth customer journeys
• Contribute ideas for improving the customer support process

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken)
• Strong English skills for training and internal communication
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-first mindset with a calm and positive attitude
• Ability to adapt to new tools and fast-paced environments
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
