International Flavors & Fragrances in Tilburg zoekt een klantgerichte professional om het Order-to-Cash proces te beheren en als schakelfunctie te fungeren tussen klanten en interne afdelingen zoals productie, logistiek en finance. Je draagt bij aan soepele processen, tevreden klanten en correcte administratieve opvolging.

Je werkt 32–40 uur per week, eerst volledig on-site voor training en daarna hybride na een onboarding-periode.

Qualifications

• B2B customer service ervaring
• Order-to-Cash ervaring in logistiek of supply chain
• Uitstekende beheersing van Engels en Italiaans op C1-niveau
• Beschikbaar 32–40 uur per week
• Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen overzicht te bewaren
• Vermogen zelfstandig te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen
• Professioneel gedrag en goede communicatieve vaardigheden

Responsibilities

• Beheer het Order-to-Cash proces
• Houd een helicopterview over de volledige supply chain
• Anticipeer op issues en coördineer oplossingen met andere teams
• Identificeer en beoordeel klantbehoeften voor hoge tevredenheid
• Documenteer klantproblemen en voer root cause analyses uit
• Verwerk financiële geschillen en krediteringsnota's waar nodig
• Zorg voor nauwkeurige orderverwerking, inclusief maandafsluiting
• Werk interne procedures bij en verbeter ze

In this role, you will manage your own customer portfolio and act as a key link between customers and several internal departments, including production, logistics, supply chain and finance. Your contribution ensures smooth processes, satisfied clients, and accurate administrative follow-up.

In this role, you will manage your own customer portfolio and act as a key link between customers and several internal departments, including production, logistics, supply chain and finance. Your contribution ensures smooth processes, satisfied clients, and accurate administrative follow-up.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing the Order-to-Cash process;
• Maintaining a helicopter view of the full supply chain;
• Anticipating issues and proactively coordinating solutions with other teams;
• Identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure high satisfaction;
• Recording customer issues and performing root cause analysis;
• Handling financial disputes and processing credit notes when required;
• Ensuring accurate order processing, including month-end closing;
• Updating and improving internal procedures.

Wat we je bieden

• Monthly salary: €3.445 – €4.137 depending on experience;
• 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance;
• 13 ADV days and a 13th month included in a flexible budget;
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km;
• A 32–40 hour contract through StartPeople with the possibility of extension based on performance;
• Initial period fully on-site for training, followed by hybrid working after a set onboarding period.

• Excellent command of English and Italian with a minimum of C1 level;
• Available 32 - 40 hours per week;
