Job summary

Solina in Nieuw-Vennep is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Sales team. You will be the link between customers, Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Production and Quality, ensuring orders, deliveries, returns and inquiries are handled efficiently.

You thrive in a busy environment, are fluent in Dutch and English, and bring a Bachelor level or equivalent experience. Responsibilities include managing orders from order to invoicing and coordinating deliveries with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Customer Service or Internal Sales is a plus.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from order to delivery and invoicing.
• Be the first point of contact for customers.
• Coordinate deliveries, returns, complaints and samples.
• Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Production and Quality.
• Identify solutions and help improve our customer service.
