Job summary

Solina in Nieuw-Vennep is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Sales team. You will be the link between customers, Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Production and Quality, ensuring orders, deliveries, returns and inquiries are handled efficiently.

You thrive in a busy environment, are fluent in Dutch and English, and bring a Bachelor level or equivalent experience. Responsibilities include managing orders from order to invoicing and coordinating deliveries with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Customer Service or Internal Sales is a plus.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

For our Nieuw-Vennep production site, where we make our warm sauces, we are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our Sales team.

In this role, you are the link between customers, Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Production and Quality. You ensure that orders, deliveries, returns, samples and customer questions are handled efficiently and professionally.

Your responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from order to delivery and invoicing
• Be the first point of contact for customers
• Coordinate deliveries, returns, complaints and samples
• Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Production and Quality
• Identify solutions and help improve our customer service

Who are you?

You are customer-focused, organized and proactive. You communicate easily, take ownership and remain calm when things get busy. You enjoy working with different people and are not afraid to take initiative.

You bring:

• Bachelor level or equivalent experience
• Experience in Customer Service, Internal Sales or a similar role is a plus
• Fluent Dutch and English
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
