What You Will Do
Together with your colleagues, you are involved in carrying out pre-employment screenings. You check and verify the information provided by our suppliers and independent professionals. In a structured and accurate manner, you check the information supplied and record your findings in our system. This work results from initiating management and search assignments for the deployment of temporary professionals with our clients.

You ensure that our clients see you and Magnit as the reliable partner in handling hiring contracts. You are the point of contact for clients, suppliers and freelancers. You are involved in collecting, checking and recording documents and company data on a daily basis.

What You Will Need
You are looking for an employer who offers you room to grow further in your position and your career. You feel at home in the dynamics of a growing organisation and have a sense of service and quality. You work accurately and set priorities. Your communication skills enable you to deal with difficult questions from suppliers or clients and you can express yourself well both orally and in writing in Dutch and English.

Furthermore, you have:

1. HBO/Bachelor working and thinking level
2. 0 to 2 years' work experience in an administrative field or the HR field.
3. Experience with MS Office
