At CABAIA we are looking for a Dual Site Store Manager for our stores in the Netherlands, in AMSTERDAM and at Mall of the Netherlands (Leidschendam)

Your mission — should you choose to accept it

• Store Operations – Make sure everything runs smoothly: from merchandising to checkout, all while delivering a unique and unforgettable experience to our customers.
• Team Leadership – Create a dynamic work environment, motivate your team, and train new hires to become true CABAIA ambassadors.
• Planning & Performance – Manage schedules, monitor KPIs, and drive your store to meet its goals.
• Sales Animation – Bring energy to the floor, boost special operations, and make sure customers leave with a big smile.
• Customer Service & Sales – Share your expertise, guide customers in their purchases, and sell our colorful products with passion.
• Logistics – Receive deliveries, organize stock, and take part in inventories to keep the store as fabulous as it should be.
• Cash Handling & Issue Resolution – Manage the POS, handle bank deposits, and resolve any issues with diplomacy.

Please note: for this position one store will be your primary work location, but you will have to travel at least once a week to the other store location
