Job summary

Otrium, a purpose-led scale-up based in Amsterdam, is seeking an E-commerce Intern to support the Marketing and Content teams. The role focuses on delivering the right content to customers at the right time and collaborating with design and copy teams to keep our platform engaging.

You will work in a hybrid setup, with an emphasis on hands-on content creation, translations, and trend-driven ideas to strengthen campaigns across Europe.

Qualifications

• Studying a relevant degree (Marketing, Communications, Media or similar).
• Available from mid January for 6 months, 32-40 hours per week.
• Living within a 1-hour commute from our Houthavens office (ideally).
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Social media experience creating Reels and TikTok content.
• Comfortable on camera and in the field to capture content.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Figma or similar tools.
• Creative, proactive, flexible and resourceful with a good sense of humor.
• Affinity with fashion, sustainability or brand storytelling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support our Content Manager with uploading content blocks in line with our marketing calendar, keeping the platform polished visually and technically.
• Support Content Manager and Merchandise Lead in creating, pinning and uploading brand/category-led edits in Constructor.
• Assist in briefing the design team and copywriter and ensure all assets are delivered to our tools on time.
• Assist in writing short copy for the platform and manage translations using AI tools.
• Research market trends and partner brands, turning findings into fresh campaign ideas.
• Develop new concepts to elevate the platform and help us stand out.
