Job summary

Otrium, LLC seeks a driven marketing intern to join the User Acquisition team in Amsterdam. You will support planning, execution and optimization of paid campaigns across major channels, and help analyze data to drive actionable insights.

This 6-month internship requires 32–40 hours per week, with a flexible hybrid setup. An internship allowance of €550 per month is offered, plus travel reimbursement and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; additional European languages a plus.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong willingness to learn digital marketing.
• Analytical mindset with interest in data and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support User Acquisition planning, execution and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Pinterest.
• Assist in campaign setup and analyze data across channels to generate insights.
• Support creative testing processes: briefing, tracking results and documenting learnings.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent campaign experiences.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks within the User Acquisition team.
• Contribute to a positive office culture with a focus on learning and results.
