Qualifications

• CRM planning or integrated marketing planning experience.
• Strong collaboration with analytics, creative, brand and commercial teams.
• Proven ability to lead a small team and deliver channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Define contact strategies and campaign roadmaps across channels.
• Oversee email calendar and offline plans to ensure timely campaigns.
• Direct creative briefs and testing programs for personalization.
• Coordinate with Analytics to uncover customer insights and improve performance.
• Lead 1:1 personalization and value-driven storytelling across touchpoints.
• Guide peak-period adjustments during key shopping seasons.
