Job summary

Storio group in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior CRM & CDP Technology Specialist to lead technical CRM delivery across Europe. You will bridge campaign execution and real-time data orchestration, partnering with CRM Marketing and Product teams to turn customer data into meaningful connections.

You will work hands-on with Braze and Tealium CDP, set up data flows, APIs, and connectors, and help optimize email deliverability and campaign performance while documenting architectures for cross-brand

Qualifications

• Hands-on CRM/CDP experience across multiple brands.
• 3+ years building technical CRM solutions and automated journeys.
• Strong skills in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and templating.
• Experience with real-time APIs, Webhooks and event-driven data flows.
• Understanding email deliverability, domain setup and health checks.
• Clear English communication for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical designs for Braze and Tealium.
• Set up and maintain data flows, REST APIs, Webhooks, connectors.
• Build multi-channel workflows and audience segments.
• Create real-time attributes, event metrics, and streaming audiences.
• Provide daily technical support and resolve data edge cases.
• Monitor deliverability and event processing integrity.
• Document architectures and integration diagrams.
