Job summary

Storio group is seeking a Senior CRM & CDP Technology Specialist to join our CRM Technology team. You will bridge campaign execution and real-time data orchestration, delivering personalized experiences for millions of customers across Europe.

Your hands-on role focuses on Braze and Tealium CDP, setting up data routes and scalable workflows to ensure messages land at the right time with high deliverability.

Qualifications

• Experience building CRM solutions and data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical designs for Braze and Tealium.
• Set up data flows, REST APIs, Webhooks, and connectors between systems.
• Build multi-channel workflows with segmentation and real-time attributes.
• Provide technical support and resolve edge cases in campaigns.
• Document architectures and create integration diagrams for workflows.
• Monitor deliverability and event processing to maintain quality.
