Publicis Groupe NL in Amsterdam is seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist to coordinate CRM and email campaigns from briefing to launch, ensuring data quality and strong stakeholder alignment. You will work daily with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Monday.com, collaborating across teams, shaping customer journeys and marketing automation, and driving international campaigns for major brands.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with 2–4 years of relevant experience.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of CRM or digital marketing experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience with CRM, customer journeys and marketing automation.
• Structured, effective communicator, able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
• Affinity with the automotive sector or experience at a marketing or communications agency is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a strong plus.
• Experience with Monday, SQL and/or reporting tools such as Power BI is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate CRM and email campaigns from briefing to launch.
• Monitor planning, quality, deadlines and alignment with all stakeholders involved.
• Ensure that the right customer data and content are used.
• Work daily with Monday for project management and Salesforce Marketing Cloud for CRM campaigns.
• Liaise with technical and subject-matter specialists.
• Contribute to the further development of CRM, customer journeys and marketing automation.
• Encourage innovation and the continuous optimization of campaigns.
• Share results, learnings and evaluations with the teams involved.
