Job summary

Merkle Nederland is seeking an experienced Campaign Developer to design and deliver automated customer journeys and CRM campaigns. You will work with CRM platforms and data teams to implement multi-channel campaigns, optimize segmentation, and drive personalized experiences at scale.

The role requires collaboration with strategists, analysts, and designers, with a focus on delivering high-quality campaigns and continuous improvement in our hybrid Rotterdam-based environment.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
Strong knowledge of SQL, HTML, JavaScript and personalization languages.
Experience designing and optimizing automated customer journeys across platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and implement automated customer journeys and CRM campaigns.
Execute campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize workflows and personalization.
Test, troubleshoot, and ensure seamless campaign delivery across platforms.
Collaborate with strategists, analysts, developers, and designers to meet client goals.
Stay up to date with CRM tech and best practices to improve automation.
