EuroDev - European Business Development Group in Almelo is seeking a CRM & Growth Marketing Specialist to manage our marketing database, analyse business data, and support client projects with targeted campaigns and lead generation.

You will use HubSpot, marketing automation, and AI tools to streamline processes, improve reporting, and identify opportunities for growth. You will own campaign execution and ensure data quality in a collaborative international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing/Analytics or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience with CRM or data-driven activities.
• English communication in an international environment.
• Curious and detail-oriented with large data sets.
• Strong interest in digitalisation, automation, and AI.

Our ambitious, and international team is looking for a marketing professional who combines analytical thinking with a passion for CRM, data-driven marketing, lead generation, and digitalisation to join us in our office in Almelo. As CRM & Growth Marketing Specialist, you will maintain and improve our marketing database, analyse business and customer data, and support multiple client projects with targeted campaigns and lead-generation activities. You will use CRM, marketing automation, and AI tools to streamline processes, improve reporting, and identify opportunities for commercial growth. Working closely with our business units, you will take ownership of campaign execution, data quality, and the continuous improvement of our broader marketing and business development processes.

WHAT YOU DO

• Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM database
• Create, execute and optimise email marketing campaigns
• Build and maintain automated workflows and nurturing sequences
• Support lead generation campaigns across business units
• Coordinate LinkedIn outreach and marketing campaigns
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and commercial KPIs
• Generate insights regarding MQLs, conversions and lead quality
• Support inbound marketing activities and website lead generation
• Coordinate landing pages, forms and conversion paths
• Share best practices and support colleagues in CRM and marketing automation usage

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Digital or International Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Business Information, Economics, or a related field
• At least two years of relevant marketing experience, ideally involving CRM or data-driven marketing activities
• English communication skills and confidence working in an international environment
• Curious and detail-oriented, with the ability to work confidently with large volumes of business and customer data
• Strong interest in digitalisation, automation, and AI
• Keen to understand the broader marketing and business development process
• Able to balance competing priorities and contribute to multiple client projects
• Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership and grow in an international environment
• Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM platforms, marketing automation, or AI tools is an advantage

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary range: starting at €3000 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications based on 40hours per week
• PIE sharing program (1,5 months)
