Job summary

EuroDev - European Business Development Group in Almelo is seeking a CRM & Growth Marketing Specialist to manage our marketing database, analyse business data, and support client projects with targeted campaigns and lead generation.

You will use HubSpot, marketing automation, and AI tools to streamline processes, improve reporting, and identify opportunities for growth. You will own campaign execution and ensure data quality in a collaborative international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing/Analytics or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience with CRM or data-driven activities.
• English communication in an international environment.
• Curious and detail-oriented with large data sets.
• Strong interest in digitalisation, automation, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Manage HubSpot CRM database.
• Create, execute and optimise email campaigns.
• Build and maintain automated workflows and nurturing sequences.
• Support lead generation campaigns across business units.
• Coordinate LinkedIn outreach and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
• Generate insights on MQLs, conversions and lead quality.
• Support inbound marketing and website lead generation.
• Coordinate landing pages, forms and conversion paths.
• Share best practices and support CRM/marketing automation usage.
