Job summary

EuroDev - European Business Development Group in the Netherlands is expanding its marketing department. You will lead a team of five and own the corporate marketing strategy, steering campaigns from concept to execution while integrating CRM automation and AI-driven workflows.

You’ll collaborate with international stakeholders, optimize performance, and translate data insights into scalable marketing operations.

Job description

Marketing is a key part of EuroDev’s growth strategy. We are developing our internal marketing department by bringing together strategic marketing, full-cycle execution, CRM automation and digitalization, with a focus on lead generation. As Marketing Manager, you will lead a team of five, as well as execute the development of our corporate marketing activities through strategy engineering. You will take ownership of performance and business outcomes and help transform manual activities into efficient, scalable marketing operations.

WHAT YOU DO

• Manage and develop our marketing team
• Responsible for engineering the corporate marketing strategy
• Lead the full-cycle execution of multiple marketing campaigns
• Be the CRM and email-marketing automation specialist
• Use Digitalization and AI to improve marketing workflows, efficiency and scalability
• Analyze performance, identify trends and translate data insights into actions
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, external partners, budgets and deadlines
• Maintain the overview while remaining hands‑on in day‑to‑day execution

WHO YOU ARE

• Experience with team management or clear readiness to step into a management role
• >>3 years of experience designing and executing marketing strategies
• Ownership of marketing performance and business results
• Expert in CRM and automated email marketing (HubSpot is preferred)
• Experience with digitalization and AI-driven process improvement
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large customer databases
• Innovative, proactive and focused on continuous improvement
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Living in Twente or willing to relocate to the region

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary range: €4200 - €6100 gross per month based on 40hours
• PIE sharing program (1,5 months)
