Job summary

Dsv Air & Sea SAU is seeking a Credit Controller to join their team in Venlo, Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, including collecting outstanding invoices and resolving disputes. The role requires fluency in Dutch and English, as well as a relevant MBO-4 qualification. Qualifications

• Relevant completed MBO-4 qualification in business administration or a similar field.
• Preferably 2 to 4 years of work experience in accounting and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all day-to-day activities related to accounts receivable.
• Collect outstanding invoices.
• Assist with the allocation of payments and the follow-up of disputes.
• Identify and pursue overdue invoices, by phone and email.
• Maintain contact with customers and agree on payment arrangements.

Skills

Fluency in Dutch

Fluency in English

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Good knowledge of SAP
