Job summary

Een internationaal transportbedrijf in Venlo is op zoek naar een Credit Controller die staat voor de volgende stap in zijn of haar carrière. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het debiteurenbeheer, waaronder het opvolgen van openstaande facturen en het onderhouden van klantcontact. We verwachten een MBO-4 kwalificatie in bedrijfsadministratie en bij voorkeur 2 tot 4 jaar ervaring. Qualifications

• Minimaal 2 tot 4 jaar werkervaring in accounting en financiële processen.
• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, gesproken en geschreven.
• Ervaring in dagelijkse activiteiten met debiteurenbeheer.

Responsibilities

• Verantwoordelijk voor alle dagelijkse activiteiten van debiteurenbeheer.
• Incasseren van openstaande facturen.
• Ondersteunen bij de toewijzing van betalingen.

As a Credit Controller, you use your enthusiasm to ensure that payment terms are consistently followed up. You work in a structured and accurate manner and thrive in a dynamic, international environment with a solution-oriented mindset. You achieve this by:

• being responsible for all day-to-day activities related to accounts receivable
• collecting outstanding invoices
• assisting with the allocation of payments and the follow-up of disputes
• identifying and pursuing overdue invoices, both by phone and email
• maintaining contact with customers and agreeing on payment arrangements

Your team within DSV stands out through a combination of sharp financial insight, clear communication and ownership. Within the Shared Service Centre, you work in a structured way, agreements are clear and action is taken quickly when needed. The team knows exactly when to adhere strictly to processes and when a tailored approach is required for customers or internal stakeholders. You bring

• a relevant completed MBO-4 qualification in business administration or a similar field
• preferably 2 to 4 years of work experience in accounting and financial processes
• good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
• fluency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
• a proactive mindset with a flexible working attitude
