Job summary

GoSpooky is seeking a Creator Affiliate Lead to expand the Speaky creator community and drive TikTok Shop affiliate success. This hybrid role is based in Amsterdam and requires 5+ years of creator/affiliate community management experience with deep TikTok Shop knowledge.

You will own the affiliate program, mentor the Campaign team, and collaborate with the Commerce team on monetisation efforts. The role combines strategic community growth with hands-on campaign activation and creator education

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creator/affiliate community management.
• Deep TikTok Shop knowledge and strong commercial skills.
• Hybrid role based in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Owning and growing the Speaky creator community; supply, onboarding and retention at scale.
• Building and running the affiliate program: commission structure, tooling, creator earning model.
• Leading creator outreach and onboarding, batch and high-value relationships.
• Driving TikTok Shop campaign activation: match creators to campaigns and manage delivery.
• Building Speaky Academy: developing and maintaining the creator education program.
• Managing and mentoring Affiliate Campaign Manager(s).
• Collaborating with the Commerce team on monetisation flows and TAP campaign delivery.
• Expanding Speaky community with UGC campaigns and activations.
