Job summary

Dentsu Creative Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Campaign Designer to lead visual design across Campaigns & Activations, collaborating closely with creative teams to realize concepts with superior craft. You’ll balance leadership with hands-on design for long-term clients, while maintaining brand guidelines and developing new design systems.

You will engage with clients directly, present work, and sometimes lead other designers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Portfolio with recent work.
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct other designers when required.
• Maintain design systems and ensure adherence to guidelines across campaigns.
• Create compelling decks to pitch design concepts to clients.
