Job summary

Dentsu Creative Amsterdam is seeking a Strategy Director to lead strategy for global and local brands from its Amsterdam office. Youll work with a diverse team of creatives, copywriters and designers to craft purpose-driven campaigns and experiences. DUTCH SPEAKER REQUIRED.

You will uncover insights through research, translate objectives into tactics, and push strategic thinking across projects while mentoring junior strategists. Hybrid work is available in the vibrant Houthavens office.

Qualifications

• +5 years of experience in the field of strategy.
• a portfolio with strong creative campaigns, brands and/or experiences.
• excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Dutch & English.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective communication strategies for campaigns, brands and experiences.
• Lead as the sparring partner for several global and local brands.
• Collaborate with creatives, copywriters, designers and more.
• Translate business objectives into real world tactics and campaigns.
• Challenge strategists with insights from research and changing consumer behavior.
• Play an active role during creative development and expand initial ideas into campaign plans.
