Job summary

Boomerang, part of Publicis, Amsterdam, seeks a Creative Lead to shape and elevate the content team. You will mentor creatives at all levels and ensure campaigns are strategically sound, creatively sharp, and genuinely entertaining.

You collaborate with the Head of Content Creation to raise the team's craft while actively contributing ideas across campaigns and platforms. The role blends leadership with hands-on creativity.

Qualifications

• HBO or WO level in a relevant creative field, or demonstrable equivalent through portfolio and track record.
• Typically 7 to 9 years of experience in a creative role, including a proven track record at Senior Creative level with independent delivery and visible signs of leading others.
• Your portfolio shows you can lead a team's output and mentor others.
• Fluent Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary gatekeeper of creative quality across all content output.
• Work closely with creatives throughout development, sharpening concepts and storytelling.
• Mentor and develop the creative team, identifying strengths and growth opportunities.
• Build a culture of direct, constructive feedback.
• Contribute ideas in brainstorms, pitches and concept development for key opportunities.
• Stay connected to culture, platforms, formats, creator trends and AI-powered workflows.
