Job summary

L’AGENCY, a full-service media agency in Amsterdam, is seeking a Creative Producer & Brand Lead to elevate client work and our own brand.

With 2–5 years in creative PR, branding, content or production, you’ll translate briefs into strong ideas, manage productions and guide junior teammates while collaborating closely with the Managing Director and Account Manager. Excellent Dutch and English, hands-on, organized and proactive, you’ll own campaigns from concept to on-site execution.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in creative PR, branding, content or production (agency experience is a plus).
• A strong creative thinker with a good sense of branding and culture.
• Visually driven and comfortable creating presentations and decks.
• Hands-on, organized and proactive.
• Eager to learn and grow into a broader role.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solution-oriented and takes initiative.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of creative, PR-driven concepts and campaigns.
• Translate briefs into strong and relevant ideas (activations, PR angles, influencer integrations).
• Support and co-develop pitch concepts.
• Stay on top of trends and translate them into concrete opportunities.
