Job summary

ASML is offering an Event Management Internship within the Communications, Brand & Digital team. You will support planning, logistics, and execution of corporate events from concept to evaluation, gaining hands-on project management experience.

The role focuses on coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering consistent brand experiences for ASML’s global events. This 5-month bachelor internship requires 4+ days per week (2-3 on-site) with a February 2027 start date.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field (event management, hospitality, communications, marketing, business administration)

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events
• Coordinate event logistics including venues, catering, transportation, registration, and on-site support
• Maintain project plans, timelines, action lists, and admin documentation
• Prepare event materials, briefing documents, and execution plans
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to meet event objectives
• Assist during event delivery and help resolve operational challenges
• Collect feedback and insights to support continuous improvement initiatives
