Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Bleiswijk, Netherlands, seeks a proactive Coordinator to lead a warehouse team and drive safe, efficient daily operations. You will report to the team leader and act as their right-hand person.

The role focuses on performance, safety, and service excellence while fostering a positive environment for the team. English fluency is required, Dutch preferred, and WMS knowledge is not essential as training will be provided.

Are you looking for a dynamic and hands-on role with real responsibility? As a Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving daily warehouse operations, leading a team, and ensuring a safe, efficient working environment.

We are currently looking for a Coordinator to join our team in Bleiswijk, reporting into the team leader you are their right-hand person, working closely together to ensure the team are working effectively

You will play a key role in driving operational performance, safety and service excellence, whilst creating a positive and engaging environment for your team.
