Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Bleiswijk to drive daily warehouse operations and lead a team. You will report to the team leader as their right-hand person, ensuring the team works effectively while upholding safety and service standards.

The role emphasizes improving operational performance, ensuring accuracy, and fostering a positive, engaging work environment. Dutch language skills are preferred alongside fluent English.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing or similar industry.
• Excellent communication skills, customer focused and adaptable communication style.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Fluent in English, Dutch preferred.
• Basic system knowledge; WMS not essential, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop team performance.
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity and workload accuracy.
• Step in to lead in absence of the team leader.
• Build positive relations within the team and with customers.
• Support outbound activity and flex workload as needed.
• Promote a safe, positive and compliant work environment.
• Participate in Lean initiatives on the shop floor.

Job description

Are you looking for a dynamic and hands-on role with real responsibility? As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving daily warehouse operations, leading a team, and ensuring a safe, efficient working environment.

We are currently looking for a Coordinator to join our team in Bleiswijk, reporting into the team leader you are their right-hand person, working closely together to ensure the team are working effectively

You will play a key role in driving operational performance, safety and service excellence, whilst creating a positive and engaging environment for your team.
