In this role, you help keep the warehouse running smoothly by coordinating tasks, supporting your team, and ensuring processes are carried out safely, accurately and according to our standards.

You act as the link between warehouse associates and the leadership team, helping to maintain structure, solve issues quickly and drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy being close to the operation, this role offers a varied and impactful position within one of the largest logistics sites in the Netherlands.

What your week looks like as a Warehouse Coordinator
  • Support warehouse activities such as picking, packing, scanning, kitting and inventory counting.
  • Assign tasks and monitor progress, ensuring accuracy, targets and quality standards are met.
  • Promote a safe and positive work environment, reporting issues and incidents and supporting basic performance feedback.
  • Identify and report process gaps, contribute to Lean activities and support improvement actions on the floor.
  • Stay fully cross‑trained and train others, ensuring procedures, policies and departmental tasks are understood and followed.
  • Communicate operational updates, report deviations to the Warehouse Manager and use systems like SAP and WMS to track and record tasks.
  • Work according to GXO standards in safety, compliance and sustainability.
What We Offer You
  • A key role within one of the largest and most advanced logistics hubs in the Netherlands.
  • A competitive salary, €2700 - €3700 gross/ month (excluding allowances) depending on your experience, supported by a solid benefits package.
  • Real career opportunities within an international organisation that invests in your development, with clear growth paths toward senior coordinator, team leader or specialist roles.
  • A strong people‑first culture built on safety, teamwork and continuous improvement, within a dynamic environment of motivated colleagues where no day is the same.
  • Access to a high‑quality company restaurant, where professional chefs prepare fresh, healthy meals every day for just a few euros.
What We Are Looking For
  • MBO work and thinking level with experience in a warehouse environment, ideally in coordination, quality control or supporting team tasks.
  • Clear and confident communication skills in Dutch and English, able to give instructions, support colleagues and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
  • A proactive, accurate and hands‑on mindset, working safely and meeting targets, quality requirements and operational standards.
  • Flexibility and cross‑functional capability, able to switch easily between departments and train others in procedures and daily tasks.
  • An eye for improvement, identifying process gaps, reporting issues and contributing to Lean and continuous improvement activities.
  • Comfort working with warehouse systems such as WMS, SAP or similar digital tools.
