Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Facility Maintenance Specialist to oversee maintenance activities at Duiven HUB and ELST station on a rotating on-site schedule (Day/Night). You will lead coordination for equipment and electrical/mechanical systems to ensure safe, reliable operation.

You will report in MAXIMO, order spare parts, supervise MH Equipment projects, and advise technicians and CRS on technical and administrative tasks to close the reporting loop.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in technical maintenance/coordination
• Leadership responsibilities in a similar role
• Technical studies relevant to electrical/electromechanical
• Service mindset and attention to detail
• Planning, organizing and teamwork
• English and Dutch language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate on-site maintenance activities at Duiven HUB and ELST station, rotating shifts.
• Report maintenance work and status in MAXIMO; communicate with stakeholders.
• Order spare parts and coordinate OEMs; supervise MH Equipment projects.
• Assist in repairs for conveyor systems and mechanical/electrical components as needed.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians and CRS; ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Close reporting loops with administrative tasks such as invoices and POs.
