Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician to lead daily maintenance at Duiven HUB and ELST station on a rotating 3-shift schedule, with on-site presence defined by the roster. You will service conveyors and related electrical, electronic, and electromechanical systems, perform mechanical repairs, and ensure the sorting system operates safely and efficiently.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in maintenance, a technical MBO background, and proficiency in English and Dutch; FedEx

Moderate level 3-5 years in technical maintenance.
Technical background and expertise.
Experience in a leadership role.
MBO-level technical education in Electrical/Electronic/Electromechanical.
Service mindset.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Planning and organizing skills.
Teamwork and English & Dutch communication.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute daily maintenance activities on conveyor systems and equipment.
Support maintenance and operational processes during shifts (3-shift rotation).
Carry out repairs on electrical, electronic, electromechanical systems.
Maintain and service mechanical parts like bearings, shafts, rollers.
Ensure correct performance of the sorting system on-site and provide on-site shift support.
Declare and report maintenance activities and safety procedures.
