Job summary

FedEx Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to lead maintenance activities on site and remotely, coordinating technical tasks and reporting via MAXIMO MAXIMO. You will support conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical components, and mentor technicians while ensuring safety and compliance.

Role includes on-site and rotating shifts with coordination of spare parts, OEMs, and project activities; strong leadership and planning skills are essential to drive reliable operations

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical maintenance, coordination and people management.
• Technical studies relevant to electrical/electronic/electromechanical fields.
• Leadership experience in similar roles with cross-team responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities on site and remotely for other stations.
• Report and document maintenance via MAXIMO CMMS; communicate with stakeholders.
• Assist in repairs and maintenance of conveyor systems, electrical/electromechanical components and bearings/rollers.
• Coordinate parts, OEMs, and project-related activities; process invoices and reporting.
