Job summary

DSV is seeking a Facility Supervisor in Venlo to lead a skilled technical facility team across Venlo and Maastricht. You will drive structured maintenance, set priorities, and coordinate with Operations, QHSE, Procurement and Security to ensure reliable facilities.

You will oversee inspections, registrations, and LTMP activities, while developing your team and promoting process improvements across sites. This role combines leadership with hands-on facilities management in a global logistics

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a technical or facility environment.
• Ability to translate bottlenecks into improvements with business cases.
• Knowledge of audits, LTMP, NEN standards and ISO certifications.
• Experience with FMIS systems such as Topdesk and Planon, plus MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical facility team in Venlo and Maastricht with clear priorities.
• Oversee ticket workflow and ensure maintenance activities are planned, tracked and completed.
• Visit sites regularly to monitor technical condition and coordinate with Ops, QHSE, Procurement, Security and suppliers.
• Ensure inspections and statutory obligations (NEN 3140, Scope 8/12, sprinkler) are carried out on time.
• Develop the team through training and development initiatives.
