Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Control Room Specialist to join our Duiven HUB on a rotating 3-shift schedule. You will lead automation support for Operations during sorting, react to SCADA alarms, and coordinate Field Service Engineers to resolve incidents.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Maintenance/Automation/SCADA with a technical background, leadership experience, and fluency in English and Dutch. Opportunities for growth, training, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

3–5 years of technical experience in Maintenance / Automation / SCADA
Technical studies related to electrical/electronic/electromechanical fields
Experience in a similar role with leadership responsibilities
Service mindset and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Lead and provide automation support to on-site Operations during sorting runs
Monitor SCADA alarms and logs; dispatch Field Service Engineers for troubleshooting
Perform maintenance and repair of material handling systems and related electrical/electromechanical components
Contribute to on-site repairs, maintenance planning, and MAXIMO reporting
Engage in on-site safety, LOTO procedures and documentation as required
