The main purpose of this position will be to support a portfolio of projects in the post-award phase. Along with this portfolio, the client has other ventures within operational facilities from infrastructure, equipment & asset installation and maintenance projects on brownfield sites.

As a Contract Manager, you will be one of the primary points of contact, managing and reviewing contracts onsite during the post-award phase. Your expertise and experience will ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled efficiently and in compliance with the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Managing tenders for the requisition of construction and engineering services
• Drafting contracts, change orders
• Coordinating the claim management process together with the Project Controls team
• Creating and developing RFPs
• Technical and commercial evaluation of Bids
• Contract Negotiation, Formation, and Administration
• Pre and post-award negotiation & administration

Requirements for the role:

• Experience in post-award contract management
• Previous experience in major CAPEX project groups
• Engineering capabilities for complex multi-office projects.
• Strong presentation, organisation, and communication skills
