Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of contracts management experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, energy, ports or major capital projects.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts and EPC/Design & Build projects.
• Ability to interpret contract mechanisms and assess claims/variations.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in engineering, construction or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support implementation of the Contract Management Framework across BIM projects.
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and approvals.
• Provide contract governance, risk analysis and early warning of issues.
• Develop contract management reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance and Risk teams.
