Qualifikationen

• Degree or MBA in Business Management, Law, Construction Law, Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 10–15 years of contract management experience, including claims, EPCI, subcontract management.
• Broad experience in sales and lease contracts, and contract negotiation.

Aufgaben

• Manage Main Contracts.
• Expedite contract deliverables and requirements.
• Develop contracting strategies, including sub-contracts & supply chain.
• Monitor performance and compliance with contractual requirements and signatory powers; escalate issues.
• Ensure commercial and contractual awareness across the project team.
• Maintain auditable records and regular commercial reporting.
• Participate in risk and opportunities management.
• Provide contract feedback during project.
• Oversee guarantee period management.
