Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in an operational Asset Management environment.
Strong understanding of maintenance business processes and CMMS-enabled operations.
Willingness to travel internationally (~20%).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills in English.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation of standard Asset Management processes at terminals.
Onboard and train Asset Management teams and key users on IFS CMMS.
Act as SME for AM processes during project phases, including go-lives.
Drive standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of AM processes and data.
Ensure asset master data and preventive maintenance align with global standards.
Monitor performance, support audits, and drive closure of findings.
Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to implement improvements.
