APM Terminals Inland Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a Project Controls Lead to orchestrate bid development for new terminals and expansions. You will integrate scope, cost, schedule, and risk across teams to deliver competitive tenders for complex international bids.

The role requires 5–10 years in project controls, MSc or equivalent, and advanced Primavera scheduling with MS Office. Strong English communication and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates continuous improvement mindset and leadership.
• 5–10 years in project controls/management.
• Graduate degree in a technical discipline (MSc or equivalent).
• Experience using Primavera scheduling software and MS Office.
• Exposure to terminal/construction projects is desired.
• Bid/proposal development and strong planning skills required.
• Fluent English; additional language like Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive bid scope across operations, technical and execution inputs.
• Lead bid preparation across probe stages as representative of BIM and COO.
• Coordinate with Investment and Finance; run risk workshops.
• Ensure coherent, competitive bid content and trade-offs.
• Develop high-level schedules in Primavera P6; align to ramp-up.
• Develop cost estimates with internal/external experts; benchmark.
