Job summary

A&O IT Group in the Netherlands is seeking a Desktop Support professional for a fixed-term contract until May 2028. You will deliver near desk and VIP support, handle incidents and service requests, and maintain End User devices across Windows and Mac environments.

The role covers collaboration and communication services, AV and network support, asset audits, and ensuring SLA-compliant deskside assistance. You will join a global IT services provider with over 50 years of experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ desktop support experience.
• Business level English language skills.
• VIP level support experience.
• Knowledge of Windows 7–10, AD, GPOs, MS Office 365.
• MacOS support and mobile device management experience.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and service requests and near desk support.
• Provide End User services for devices (Windows/Mac) and collaboration tools.
• Support end-user devices, printers, AV, and network peripherals.
• Conduct daily health checks on End User and network devices.
• Manage asset audits and inventory.
• Deliver deskside support in line with performance standards.
