Phaidon International is expanding its team in Amsterdam for Recruitment Consultants (m/f/x), focusing on mid to senior/executive level roles across multiple sectors. You’ll own the full recruitment process from talent sourcing to placement, with a strong emphasis on networking, business development, and a consultative client-candidate relationship approach.

Expect a base salary plus unlimited commission, plus attractive career development and the potential for a permanent contract.

What does the role involve?

As a Recruitment Consultant (m/f/x), you'll be responsible for the full recruitment process for candidates at mid to senior/executive level within your specialist area. Your daily tasks include:

• End-to-End Recruitment: From identifying top talent to guiding candidates through the application process. This is a highly sales focused job.
• Networking and Business Development: Independently sourcing clients and building relationships with potential customers, while maintaining strong ties with existing ones.
• Consultative Approach: Acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and successful recruitment process.
• Earning Potential: You'll receive unlimited commission on successful placements - giving you the opportunity to significantly boost your income!
