Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience within commercial management, quantity surveying, contract management, or project commercial functions.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, cost management, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial risk management.
• Experience managing client contracts and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ability to oversee commercial performance across multiple projects and support project delivery teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• English speaking; EU nationality required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial function across a large active construction site environment.
• Oversee contract administration, cost reporting, change management, procurement activities, risk mitigation.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with operational and corporate teams to deliver successful outcomes.
