Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Operations Associate to join our on-site team in the Netherlands. You will support the community’s leasing and marketing strategy, drive occupancy, and maximize resident satisfaction through leasing activities and related tasks.

The base salary starts at €35,200 with potential on-site bonus programs. You will engage in customer service, property tours, applications, and tenant relations while using Yardi and other tools.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and significant experience in a sales/host role in a similar accommodation/hospitality or reservations/membership environment.
• Proficiency in using property operation systems; training will be provided.
• English verbal and written communication skills; Dutch preferred.
• Proactive problem-solving with ability to work autonomously.
• Experience with social media and online research tools.
• Strong numerical/administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service; respond to resident concerns quickly and courteously.
• Interact with residents regularly to support leasing and service needs.
• Complete administrative reports and other duties as assigned.
• Lead sales and lettings activities: greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, run credit/background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move-ins.
