Job summary

WeWork Amsterdam is seeking a friendly Community Associate to act as the on-site face of the WeWork community. You will report to the Community Management team and support the building’s daily operations, guest policies, and member experiences.

You’ll manage front desk hours, welcome members, help coordinate events, assist with member engagement, and uphold WeWork’s values by fostering a welcoming, efficient, and connected workspace.

Responsibilities

• Front desk management during business hours and be an on-site point of contact
• Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Ensure all visiting guests sign in according to policy
• Learn members' names to build relationships and strengthen community
• Support events and membership engagement activities
