Responsibilities

• Own commercial development of the account by identifying growth opportunities and negotiating solutions.
• Lead new business opportunities and tender processes end to end with internal stakeholders.
• Take hands-on ownership of customer operations, ensuring high service levels and on-time execution.
• Lead customer performance reviews and translate insights into actionable plans and improvements.
