Senior Consultant - Engineering, Manufacturing & Technical Operations

Proclinical is seeking a proactive and organized Operations Assistant to join our client's team in Utrecht. This part-time role focuses on supporting administrative tasks within the biotechnology sector, with potential for full-time extension. Your main responsibilities will include managing SAP purchase orders, handling document processing, and coordinating meetings.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage purchase orders using SAP.
Track invoices and follow up on payments.
Assist with quarterly budget reporting.
Upload and maintain legal documents in Veeva Vault.
Ensure timely updates from Subject Matter Experts.
Manage calendars and assist in scheduling meetings.
Prepare materials for CMC-related and cross-functional meetings.
Take and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring follow-ups on action items.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Experience with SAP is preferred.
Familiarity with Veeva Vault or similar document management systems is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Background in life sciences, food, or agriculture is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
