Job summary

Satispay is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to scale and optimise its operational foundations across Europe. You will drive operational excellence, mentor high‑performing teams, and lead cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Tech, Business Development and Compliance.

You’ll tackle strategic, scalable, and data-driven initiatives, building resilient systems to support rapid user growth and geographic expansion while navigating a multi‑country environment with significant travel.

Qualifications

• Executive-level experience (COO, VP Ops, or similar) in a fast-growing scale-up, tech, or fintech.
• Proven ability to design, scale and manage complex operational processes at scale.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Track record of building, scaling and empowering high-performing operational teams.
• Hands-on execution focus with ownership mindset in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
• Travel up to 50% between Luxembourg and Milan.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operational activities to align with long-term objectives across teams.
• Identify bottlenecks, standardise workflows and implement scalable processes.
• Align operations with Product, Tech, Business Development and Compliance.
• Define and drive KPIs with robust reporting for data-driven decisions.
