Job summary

Aceve is seeking a senior privacy leader to build our privacy framework from the ground up across Europe and the UK.

You will design DPIA and DPA methodologies, RoPA, training programs, and an operating model that makes privacy integral in Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, and AI development. Reporting to our General Counsel, you will harmonise practices across group entities and push for pragmatic, compliant privacy across multi‑jurisdiction setups.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain privacy framework including RoPA, DPIA methodology, and DPAs across ACEVE entities.
• Serve as the local privacy expert for business units, providing clear, workable privacy guidance.
• Ensure GDPR and EU AI Act compliance in AI/ML products and tools, and use AI to accelerate DPIA/DPA work.
• Track privacy work, identify gaps, and elevate material risks.
• Develop ongoing privacy training and awareness across group companies.
• Own and refine breach response processes with cross-functional teams.
• Run privacy assessments on new systems, tools, and vendors, coordinating with IT, HR and vendors.
