Job summary

Another Star in Leiden is recruiting a cluster revenue manager to drive revenues by predicting demand, optimizing inventory and pricing across distribution platforms. You will manage a portfolio of properties and gain hands-on experience in expanding into new markets within an international, collaborative team.

You will work with internal and external partners to develop pricing strategies, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accurate analysis and actionable recommendations for revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Enjoys working with data.
• Excellent with Google Sheets/Excel/Power BI.
• Experience with Revenue Management Systems.
• Marriott system experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Analytical thinking.
• Confident and persuasive communication skills.
• Language: fluent English.
• Bachelor level.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, pricing, rate types, and restrictions through the revenue management system to optimise profitability.
• Develop accurate budgeting/forecasting models, and monitor performance against topline targets and distribution costs.
• Analyse data across all revenue streams (hotels, F&B), prepare insightful reports, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Identify and pursue strategic opportunities to maximise revenue across all segments, with a focus on direct business growth.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of commercial analysis supporting all key revenue decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Hotels, Sales, Groups) and external partners (OTAs, local business partners) to drive proactive revenue strategies.
• Optimise market segmentation and implement targeted strategies based on market trends and performance data.
• Prepare commercial insights and reports for inclusion in management presentations and strategic discussions.
