Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a Revenue Manager to steer the financial strategy across three locations, translating revenue targets into daily wins across the guest journey. You will bridge data, pricing and local operations, with room to experiment and grow your career.

You’ll drive pricing, forecast budgets, analyze demand, spot risks, and join key meetings to align teams. A bachelor's degree and 2+ years RM experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English are required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in econometrics, hotel management or tourism.
• 2+ years of Revenue Manager experience.
• Strong analytical and MS Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Proactive with ownership mindset and ability to challenge status quo.

Responsibilities

• Drive the revenue strategy, budget, and forecasting for 3 properties.
• Set pricing strategies and optimize the business mix across channels.
• Analyze demand trends to capture revenue opportunities.
• Spot risks and opportunities early, coordinating with local leaders.
• Join sales, distribution, and revenue meetings to align goals.
• Maintain a helicopter view of performance with modern reporting tools.
• Share knowledge and support team members throughout.
