Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Cluster C&E Billing Coordinator to manage the full billing lifecycle for Groups, Meetings & Events across the The Hague, Rotterdam, and Soestduinen properties. You will ensure accurate invoicing, revenue allocation, and timely responses to client inquiries.

Your role supports commercial, finance and operations teams, maintains records, and helps close monthly books with precise reporting and collaboration across hotels.

Qualifications

• Experience in event billing, hotel finance, or events administration.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing lifecycle for Groups, Meetings & Events within the cluster.
• Process invoices accurately and on time and allocate revenue correctly.
• Handle client billing queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Create secure payment links and support clients with payments.
• Contribute to month-end closing and reporting.
